Aurora Hunt Description
Let’s explore the Northern Lights, away from city lights, and deep into nature for optimal aurora viewing.

We will drive anywhere from 20 minutes to 1 hour one way to find the best spot(s) to observe this natural phenomenon. We may have multiple stops on our way.

If we have time (e.g. shorter driving distance), we will set up a cozy campfire (weather permitting), where you can enjoy a hot drink while watching the sky for auroras.

Important to note:

This tour takes place a maximum of 100 km from Rovaniemi. If the weather conditions are unfavorable, I will offer you a longer Aurora tour, reschedule this tour, or cancel it.

Unfavorable conditions mean heavy snowfall and no clear sky in a 100 km distance from Rovaniemi. The cold weather is a normal condition in Lapland in winter 🙂

This is not a photography tour, and no professional photos will be taken of your group.
