Tour Description
For a more extensive search for Aurora Borealis, embark on a Northern Lights Road Trip.

Options include traveling further, even to Sweden or Norway if Aurora forecasts are more favorable there.

We’ll stop at scenic locations for the best views, adapting the route for the greatest chance of spotting the auroras.

Important to note:

We will sit a lot in the car and I know it can be boring as we drive in the darkness.

This tour takes place a maximum of 300 km from Rovaniemi. If the weather conditions are unfavorable, I will offer you to reschedule this tour, or cancel it.

Unfavorable conditions mean heavy snowfall and no clear sky in a 300 km distance from Rovaniemi. The cold weather is a normal condition in Lapland in winter 🙂

This is not a photography tour, and no professional photos will be taken of your group.

Not recommended for children under six due to duration and travel distances.

We will drive up even 300 km from Rovaniemi if needed (3-4 hours one way!).
