Conditions
The trips start with a minimum of two paying adults.
The booking is valid when we receive an advance payment of 25% of the whole booking cost.
Certain tours require a full payment when booking and they are not refundable.
Children under the age of 12 get a discounted price on tours where it is mentioned.
All tours are small group tours or private tours. In the case of a private tour, it is only your group, while other small group tours may have other participants.
Free pick-up within 10 km of Rovaniemi Center. Pick-ups from further are subject to a fee.
Tours are offered in English and/or Hungarian.
General Cancellation Policy
Day trips and trips without accommodation

Overnight trips and multi-day trips
We will charge a cancelation fee of 100% if a booking is canceled 30 days or less before the event.
We will charge a cancellation fee of 50% if the booking is canceled 60 days or less before the event.
We will charge a cancellation fee of 10% if the booking is canceled after the booking.
Trips cancelled by us
If we have to cancel a trip last minute, you will receive a full refund regardless of the cancellation date.
It is recommended to have your travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances.
