I’ll serve you a homemade three-course meal crafted with care, using local ingredients and flavors.

What’s on the Menu?

• Starter:
  • Fresh seasonal salad tailored to your dietary preferences.
• Main Course: Choose between three Lappish options:
  • Salmon & Potatoes: Perfectly cooked and served with mashed potatoes (made with lactose-free or oat milk if needed), a dollop of lingonberry jam, and a rich, creamy sauce.
  • Reindeer Stew: A traditional delicacy of Lapland, accompanied by mashed potatoes, lingonberry jam, and flavorful gravy. Vegetarian or vegan options, such as vegetarian plant-based non-meatballs, are also available.
  • Salmon Soup: a hearty creamy soup from Finland with potato, carrot and salmon.
• Dessert: End your meal with a touch of sweetness. Options include a homemade apple or berry pie, a warm cinnamon bun or other Finnish delicasy.

Beverages

Throughout the meal, I’ll serve refreshing tap water and blueberry juice.

After the meal, you can enjoy a warm cup of coffee, tea, or cocoa (for kids).

Alcohol is not served, in keeping with the family-friendly nature of this experience.
